Towns must have more than 5 cases and a population greater that 2100 to have sufficient data for the timeline.
No town level data is available before June. Historical data from June through October is transcribed from Chunzeng Wang’s visualizations. Data from November on is taken from the Maine CDC website. A data point is only included if it is greater than five. If a total case count for a town goes down, it is most likely because a presumed positive was confirmed to be negative, removing it from the count.
